During the summer of 2015, On The Scene was chosen to partner with a global pharmaceutical company to coordinate all event logistics and group transportation for their Launch Meeting. Held over 5 days at the Venetian and Palazzo resorts in Las Vegas, over 2,000 attendees enjoyed dynamic evening events and flawless ground logistics coordinated by On The Scene, a Las Vegas Destination Management Company. An evening party at the sumptuous Venetian pool kicked off the meeting, complete with stunning fountains, luxurious cabanas and lush landscaping. To enhance the evening, On The Scene added several event elements, including large floating Marquee letters, floating LED glow balls, photo booths, a high energy DJ and interactive poolside games, such as ping pong and Bags.

For the final night celebration, guests experienced an unforgettable evening at Las Vegas’ hottest night club-OMNIA Nightclub located in the world-famous Caesars Palace. Recently named “Best New Nightclub” by Las Vegas Review Journal, the 75,000 square foot venue includes a seductive ultra-lounge, a high-energy main room and mezzanine, as well as a breathtaking rooftop garden, showcasing panoramic views of the Las Vegas Strip. The dynamic menu planned by On The Scene, consisted of several dining vignettes, including Mediterranean, Caribbean and Asian food stations. On The Scene customized the experience for the group, delivering personalized visual graphics, lighting and special effects throughout the club. Guests danced the night away, mesmerized by the eye popping visuals and tantalizing beats put down by one of Las Vegas’ hottest DJs.
