Marketing Logistics
Acknowledging sponsors and thanking them for their support is always to your benefit. Please ask us about any of the following options to receive more information or pricing.

Bus Wraps
Bus wraps come in all shapes and sizes. Wrapping a bus or part of a bus is a great way to recognize a large sponsor. It allows not only the passengers to see it as they board, but also all the traffic the bus encounters. It is a great way to show off a sponsor around town.

Headrest Covers
Headrest covers are a great and inexpensive way to show your sponsor how much you appreciate their support. Consider this on your next event to promote your sponsor to all the attendees onboard.

Window Clings
Window clings can be used on the inside of the bus or the outside of the bus on the windows. It depends if you are targeting your attendees onboard, or the traffic passing by the vehicle. These are the least expensive way to promote a sponsor. They are also a fantastic option to use as a shuttle sign to identify your vehicles to your group. You can save them from year to year as well, which makes them very cost effective.
Transportation Logistics
We take the time to listen, respect and understand the meeting goals and objectives in order to create a customized transportation system that will move your attendees in a quick yet safe and orderly fashion. We appreciate the importance of being on time, having nice clean equipment, friendly and knowledgeable staff, and a company you can rely on.

Green Initiatives
On the Scene is committed to making a difference to help the environment. Each motorcoach your group travels in removes potentially 55 automobiles from the road. That is helping to cut emissions, reduce congestion, and of course save fuel.
OTS is proud to support Carbonfund.org, which supports domestic and international renewable energy, energy efficiency and reforestation projects that reduce carbon dioxide emissions. All of their projects meet the highest standards and are third-party validated to ensure that your donation makes a positive impact.
When setting up your next event, just let us know that that you want to help save the planet and OTS will donate 1 tree for every $1000 in revenue for that program.
