OTS Produces Evening Event at Museum of Broadcast Communications
Posted on August 15th, 2018
It’s been a busy summer full of events at On The Scene! We’ve been producing corporate events in cities across the country, such as New Orleans and Las Vegas, and we recently produced one in our hometown of Chicago.
Held at the Museum of Broadcast Communications, this event was an evening reception for a healthcare client. 225 guests enjoyed an evening of delicious food, great music, and fun.
The museum is currently featuring a Saturday Night Live exhibit for a limited time, and OTS was able to secure the experience for this unique event. Saturday Night Live The Experience brings the SNL set to life and lets guests fully immerse themselves in sets and original props. Guests dined in a replica of Studio 8H, where the opening monologue is delivered each Saturday night, and decor was brought in to complement the colors of the set. Featuring bold red tablecloths and bright, eye-catching floral centerpieces, the fun decor matched the venue well and tied the whole experience together.
OTS also brought in look-alike performers to keep guests entertained and offer plenty of selfie opportunities. A live band played music as well on the replica of the famous SNL stage. Our team of Chicago event managers worked hard to create a fun, immersive experience guests will remember for years to come.
A huge thank you to the incredible vendors we worked with to bring this event to life:
- Event Decor: Kloeckner Preferred Flowers
- Food & Beverage: Blue Plate Catering
- Entertainment: Chicago Entertainment Agency
- Music: BeatMix Music
- Photography: Chicago Corporate Photography and Video
