On The Scene Produces Multi-Day Corporate Program in Las Vegas

On The Scene recently produced an exciting multi-day program in the Entertainment Capital of the World. The OTS team worked hard to create a memorable Las Vegas event experience for a leading pharmaceutical client.
Held in the winter of 2017, the program kicked off at the brand new TopGolf Las Vegas at the MGM Grand. Featuring 4 interactive levels, a rooftop space with gorgeous views of the Las Vegas Strip, two pools, 5 different bars, and 108 climate-controlled hitting bays, this new addition to the Las Vegas entertainment scene was the perfect setting for a fun twist on the traditional welcome dinner. Attendees were able to let loose and have fun as they played a variety of challenging golfing games, sipped cocktails, and enjoyed a delicious BBQ buffet.
For night two, we moved things over to the MGM Grand Garden Arena for a corporate welcome reception. The floor of the 100,000 square foot arena was transformed to allow for a fun evening of activities, games, and networking for 2,500 guests.
Ping-pong tables and giant foosball tables provided a great source of entertainment and fun, allowing guests to engage in friendly competition and team building.
For those that wanted a break from the activities, we incorporated modern lounge areas throughout the event space. Versatile lounge furniture, including movable ottomans, allowed guests to sit back and relax in comfort while they mingled with peers.
We were also able to get creative with the event decor! Lit lucite tables served as a unique focal point and helped light up the space.
The week ended with an intimate dinner for select team members at the new Beauty & Essex, located in the Cosmopolitan Hotel. Continuously ranked as one of the hottest new restaurants on the strip, the Vault dining room was turned into a top-notch private dining experience for the team. Guests enjoyed a beautifully crafted small-plate dinner including Hand Cut Steak Tartare on a Sticky Rice Cake, Avocado and Foie Gras Toasts, Elote Style Scallops with a Charred Corn Salad, and Black Bottomed Butterscotch Pot de Crème with a Coconut Chantilly cream.
