On The Scene Plans Origami Owlette Night at the Museum
Posted on October 10th, 2015
Origami Owl, a leading custom jewelry company, recently held their National Convention in Chicago, IL. The 2015 O2 Experience, called ‘Find Your Happy!’, connected the Origami Owl family and provided training to help independent designers succeed. On The Scene worked with the Origami Owl planning team to manage and deliver the ‘Owlette Night’ recognition event, which was held at the Field Museum.
Nearly 500 ‘Owlettes’ enjoyed a magical evening of food, recognition and entertainment in the majestic Stanley Field Hall of the Field Museum. Our goal was to create a custom branded experience in the vast space, featuring Origami Owl color schemes and images. We achieved this goal by creating custom color washes and gobos on the wall and dome spaces and custom banners throughout the space.
The main stage was set with a build background structure featuring custom graphics and internally lit with Origami Owl colors. When the evening was over, all the ‘Owlettes’ took a team photograph to create a lasting memory of their Chicago ‘Find Your Happy’ experience!’ Check out the video below for a fun recap from the event!
